Grant is President and Chief Perfusionist of EVT, Inc.  Grant obtained his Bachelor of Science in Zoology at Arkansas State University in 1997. Shortly after graduation, he went on to start his education in perfusion science at the Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology. Once that was completed in the winter of 1998, he came to San Antonio and began working for EVT, Inc. Grant practices adult perfusion and is a certified surgical first assistant.

Lupita Mendez is Vice president of EVT, Inc. Lupita founded the company in 2011 with the goal of providing San Antonio and its surrounding areas with experienced and cutting edge perfusion services.

Jessica attended University of Texas at San Antonio where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1998. She went on to attend Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology where she received her certificate in Perfusion Technology in 2000. Jessica began working with EVT in 2001 where she practices adult perfusion and is a certified surgical first assistant.

Brent attended Texas A&M University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 1999.  He went on to attend Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology where he received his certificate in Perfusion Technology in 2002. Brent began working with EVT in 2003 where he practices adult perfusion and is a certified surgical first assistant.

Harleth attended Carlow College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1999. She then went on to receive her certificate of Perfusion Technology from University of Pittsburg in 2001. Harleth began working for EVT in 2001 where she practices adult perfusion and is a certified surgical first assistant.

Nicholas Giancana was a graduate of Rush University in 2011. He started his career at the University of Chicago where they performed a combination of complex pediatric and adult cardiac surgery. His career led him later to ULCA and then Stanford Medical Center with each move advancing his skill sets. Nicholas decade-long experience helps him perform the best pediatric and adult congenital cardiovascular perfusion with EVT.

Mary attended the Baptist School of Nursing where she received her Associates in Nursing in 1974. Mary went on to attend Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology and received her certificate in Perfusion Technology in 1981. Mary began working with EVT in 2010, practicing pediatric perfusion.

Vanessa attended Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2008. She went on to attend Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology where she received her certificate in Perfusion Technology in 2010. In 2021 she obtained her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University. Vanessa began her career with EVT Inc. in 2011 where she practices adult perfusion and is ECMO Coordinator.

Dauvon attended Texas State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science in 2013.  He went on to receive his Masters of Science in Clinical Exercise/Physiological Science in 2015 from Texas State University.  Dauvon attended Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology, receiving his certificate in Perfusion Technology in 2017.  Dauvon began working with EVT in 2017 and practices adult perfusion.

Jacklyn attended the University of South Carolina where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2013. She went on to attend the Medical University of South Carolina where she received her Bachelor of Science in Cardiovascular Perfusion in 2016. Jacklyn began working with EVT in 2020 and practices adult perfusion.

Amy attended the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences and obtained her Associate in Applied Sciences Degree as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist in 2008. She then went on to attend Rush University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Perfusion Technology in 2017. Amy began working with EVT in 2020 and practices adult perfusion.

Erica attended Brigham Young University – Idaho where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Marriage and Family Studies with a Professional Clinical Emphasis in 2017. She went on to attend Midwestern University where she received her Master’s of Science in Cardiovascular Science in 2020. Erica began working with EVT in 2020 where she practices adult perfusion.

Attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where received a Bachelor’s of Science in biology in 2017 and a Master’s of Science in biology 2018. Went on to attend UTHealth Cardiovascular Perfusion Program where he graduated with a certification of perfusion technologies in 2021. Practices adult perfusion with EVT.

Errol received his Associate’s Degree in Radiology in 2013. Errol practiced X-ray, MRI, and CVOR as his choices of modality. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Radiology at Midwestern State University in 2017. Furthermore, he attended Rush University and received his Masters of Science in Cardiovascular Perfusion and began working with EVT in 2022 where he practices adult perfusion.

Jillian attended the University of Minnesota where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2012. She went on to receive her Certificate in Non-invasive Cardiovascular Technology in 2016 from Sanford-Brown Institute. Jillian would then attend Midwestern University, receiving her Master of Science in Cardiovascular Science in 2022. Jillian began working with EVT in 2022 where she practices adult perfusion.

Kainat is a staff perfusionist of EVT inc. she is a native Austinite who graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in sociology in 2018. Kainat later received her Master’s in cardiovascular perfusion at Rush University in 2022. Kainat practices adult perfusion.

Amanda attended Texas Southern University located in Houston Texas, where she obtained Her Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry in 2014. Following graduation, she transitioned into specialized mechanical circulatory support services while obtaining her Master’s degree in medical science from Liberty University. Amanda attended Texas Heart Institute School of Perfusion Technology and received her certificate in Perfusion Technology in 2022. Her career with EVT begin in 2023 where she practices adult perfusion.

Camryn attended Rice University and earned a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Medicine in 2021. She went on to attend UTHealth’s Perfusion Training Program in Houston where she received her certificate in 2022. Camryn joined EVT in 2023 and practices adult perfusion.

Ramsha attended Texas Tech University where she obtained her Bachelor of Biology and minoring in Chemistry in 2019. She went on to attend Rush University in Chicago where she received her Master of Science in Cardiovascular Perfusion in 2021. Ramsha began working with EVT in 2023 and practices adult perfusion.
